Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Items returned must be in the same condition received (example: if you buy an item that is Factory Sealed, it must be returned sealed). Returns must be initiated within 3 calendar days of the delivery scan, and must be postmarked within 3 calendar days from the request. Items returned outside of these time windows, or that have been opened or otherwise modified will not be refunded, and will only be re-sent to you after payment of postage. Some items, such as Media items are non-returnable if opened, due to anti-piracy laws.
